The Champagne Fil de Brume by Jeaunaux-Robin is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from vineyards aged 40, assembled for 80% from a single vintage and 20% of the previous vintage. Refinement for over 36 months and no final dosage for this Champagne Brut Nature: elegant, fine and flowery. Limited production of 2,000 bottles a year.
