Moulin a Vent is a Cru Beaujolais, one of the ten most renowned sites in Beaujolais, with great acidity and earthy undertones it pairs beautifully with Coq au Vin. This 2020 vintage offers a vibrant nose of dark berries, spice, and floral hints, with added depth after decanting. On the palate, it’s juicy and bright, with tart cherry, blackcurrant, plum, and subtle notes of violet, spice, and tobacco. Soft tannins and a long, flavourful finish complete this well-balanced wine.
